Students receive guidance from mentors connected with IITs, NITs, reputed universities, startup ecosystems, and industry backgrounds. These mentors help students from idea selection to project execution, making learning more practical and inspiring.

What makes HRIP truly impactful is its mission to empower Bihar students. Whether a student lives in a city or a rural area, the online-first structure makes participation accessible for everyone. No prior experience is required, making it an inclusive opportunity for all learners.

The program also focuses on future-ready skills that schools often miss. Students improve communication, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking while working on projects and presentations.

At the end of the journey, students showcase their work during Demo Day, where projects are presented to mentors, experts, and the community. Outstanding projects may even receive recognition and incubation opportunities.
