About this role
Lead school partnerships across Bihar, supervise the outreach team, and turn school collaborations into parent-funded student enrollments. You will work remotely with the K12 Hunar Mentor–Mentee Program team.
Responsibilities
- Develop weekly school acquisition and enrollment plans using the existing database.
- Supervise Outreach and Partnership Executives; review daily CRM updates.
- Lead important school discussions and review partnership proposals.
- Coordinate school-approved parent orientations and enrollment campaigns.
- Track qualified schools, partnerships, paid enrollments and conversion metrics.
- Send a concise weekly performance report to the Program Project Manager.
