Program Operations Coordinator Intern

About this role

Coordinate student onboarding, schedules, mentor sessions and progress tracking for the 12-week projects. You will work remotely with the K12 Hunar Mentor–Mentee Program team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate student application, consent and enrollment records.
• Coordinate session calendars with mentors and students.
• Track attendance, weekly milestones, deliverables and student feedback.
• Flag delays and escalate urgent safeguarding concerns immediately.
• Coordinate project completion records and certificates.
• Report weekly status and blockers to the Program Project Manager.

Requirements

• Strong organization, follow-up and documentation skills.
• Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree; freshers welcome.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs and online meetings.
